Claims service for professionals and companies
Claims process
1) Legal-legal study of the documentation provided and data provided.
2) Legal feasibility of claiming the credit in question and express acceptance of the order.
3) Initiation of the extrajudicial claim by telephone contact, email, burofax, certified mail, etc.
4) Negotiation of the claimed debt, meetings and preparation of pertinent agreements, and completion of the payment schedule, if applicable.
5) Termination due to extrajudicial satisfaction for debt collection or case file due to lack of agreement or payment by the debtor.
6) Receipt of the due communications and proof of payment by the debtor and collection from the creditor of the debt.
