What legal service can I hire online?
You can hire the following online services:
Online Consultation: Online legal advice to resolve specific questions about legal issues, without document review or the need for in-person meetings.
Document Review: Detailed legal analysis of up to 30 pages of documents relevant to a case or legal consultation.
Contract Drafting: Creation of a simple, customized contract tailored to the client’s needs, without additional complexity.
Extrajudicial Claim: Basic formal notification to legally register a fact, initiate negotiations, and/or create legal evidence for potential litigation. *In monetary claims, success-based percentages may also apply.

What is the duration and delivery time for the legal service?
Online consultations have a maximum duration of 60 minutes and are scheduled for a specific date and time with the law firm, based on availability and prior payment.
Legal services begin once contracted, and the client provides the necessary information. The delivery time is approximately 15 days, unless modifications or reviews are requested.
Are prices inclusive of VAT? What if I’m a legal entity, company, or professional?
All online legal services are displayed with the base price before taxes, which are added upon purchase. If you’re paying for a legal service as an individual, the Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied to the base price.
If you’re a legal entity (company, corporation, association/foundation) or a self-employed professional, you must hire online legal services through the “Customized Legal Service” option, as an IRPF withholding tax needs to be applied to the price.
If you’re a foreigner or hiring from outside Spain, national taxes will still be applied to the price, as legal services are provided physically from Barcelona.
How can I make an online payment?
You can make an online payment using the PayPal buttons or the QR codes and payment links. Both methods are secure and easy to use. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the law firm directly.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. The payment platform used is provided directly by PayPal, without handling personal data or private information beyond the transaction itself.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online payments are accepted via PayPal, debit and credit cards, bank transfer, and Bizum. *For the latter two options (bank transfer and Bizum), contact the law firm, and we will provide you with the details.
Additionally, at the law firm in Barcelona, you can pay for in-person legal services by card, contactless, Bizum, bank transfer, and cash.
Can I get a receipt for my payment?
Of course, once your payment is processed, you will receive a receipt with the transaction details. The invoice will then be sent with the provided information. If you need to update any billing information, feel free to contact the law firm.

Can I pay in installments?
By default, payment for each online or digital service must be made at the start. However, through PayPal, users can manage installment options directly on the platform. Exceptionally, if you need to pay in installments, please contact the firm to discuss the situation.
